After such busy Summer, our appointments system worked really well to keep the numbers at a safe amount in store at one time as much as possible. We are continuing to remain as Covid safe as possible at Jump and so want to avoid overcrowding if we can however from now on please feel free to call in whenever you would like without an appointment. We will continue to use our judgement in keeping customers and staff safe meaning there will be times we may ask you to wait outside and unfortunately we cannot guarantee your wait time. We really appreciate your patience with us. (Please read below for more information.) 

The appointments system is still in place so if you would like to book for a guaranteed slot (especially for busier times like the weekend for example) to avoid queueing, please do. 


Need a quiet shopping environment?

If you have a child/children with special needs or you feel you might benefit from a slower, calm shopping experience, please feel free to mention this in your email and we will do everything we can to accommodate you and your child.

When booking, please book a 30 minute slot for each child.

We would ask that you please leave your telephone number as a contact detail in your email as well as helpful details about what it is you are looking for for your child.

Here's a few things we'd really appreciate if you kept in mind before you book and once you've made your appointment:


1. Please book a 30 minute slot per child.

2.Face coverings are now non mandatory so it is up to yourself whether you wish to wear one in shop but we would ask that you use the hand gel provided at the door when you enter.

3. Please make sure your child is wearing appropriate socks. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, socks must be worn even to try sandals on.

4.Please do make every effort to attend appointments and to make sure you attend your appointment on time. We want to spend your allotted time slot dedicated to fitting your children's shoes so please try to arrive within good time to allow this.
