Choosing the right style of school shoe can be overwhelming, our staff have selected our favourites for different types of feet to help you decide.
Start-Rite Angry angel range is a great choice of school shoe. This style is popular with the older girls with its chunky sole and choice between ribbon or regular laces. They are perfect for an average width as well as a wider one as they come in Medium and Wide widths. Impulsive and Impact both come in Patent leather.
Start-Rite Rhino range offers a style called Sherman Lace-up. This is a popular style for boys who would like a practical shoe for being active as well as stylish. Having a scruff resistant toe protection means the shoes look school ready for a longer period. This style comes in a Medium and a Wide width fitting.
Froddo Evia school shoe is a beautiful soft patent leather T-bar which offers arch support and a velcro strap. This style also comes in a soft leather upper and fits average (F) to a wider (G) shaped foot. Evia is a popular one with us as it is a nice supportive shoe as well as a more traditional looking shoe.
Ethan is a beautiful school shoe by Ricosta, it has a super soft upper material and is really lightweight. Having two velcro straps means it is fully adjustable! Having fitted these for many years, Jump would recommend going up a 1/2 size where possible with this shoe. Ethan suits an average (F) width foot.
Froddo Leo in a smooth leather is a great choice if your after something smart as well as practical. Leo has a robust rubber toe given protection when needed. It comes with a remvoable insole where you can place the child's foot and see how close they are to the end.
